For your information, these are the standard bags we provide. Please contact us to get one or more of these bags. We will also provide them to you when you place your first order on our website.

Each bag contains around 20 pounds of laundry. If your laundry exceeds 20 pounds per bag surcharges apply $1.75 per extra pounds.

We then separate them based on care instructions, pre-treat any stains, and clean them with high-quality detergent and softener. We then dry them appropriately, fold them neatly, bag them securely, and deliver them back to you, ready to be effortlessly stored. In the unlikely event of damage to your clothes during our cleaning process, we will offer a full replacement or repair service (up to $500) depending on the damage. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing weaknesses in the fabric or improper care labeling.

  • Satisfaction Promise: We want you to be happy with our services. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will happily re-process your order free of charge.

  • Stain removal success is not guaranteed. We will do our best to remove stains, but some stains may be permanent.

  • For your peace of mind, we recommend reviewing your garments before placing them them to us for cleaning. Please notify us of any delicate items or special care instructions.
