These terms and conditions apply to all credit card payments made (online, by phone, in-store, or otherwise) to NITSOO Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services. They also govern electronic communications you choose to receive from us.

By making a credit card payment, requesting electronic communications, or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may update these terms by posting changes on our website.

3. Definitions

  • NITSOO Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services: Refers to our company and its affiliates.

  • You: The customer.

  • Services: Laundry, dry cleaning, tailoring, and other services we offer.

  • Electronic Communications: Emails, online statements, and other digital communications regarding billing, payments, and services.

  • Credit Cards: Includes credit and debit cards.

  • Automatic Payments: Storing your credit card information for automatic charges for future orders.

4. Credit Card Authorization

By providing your credit card information, you represent that you are authorized to use the card and the information provided is accurate. You authorize NITSOO to charge your card for authorized transactions, including recurring charges for automatic payments.

5. Charges and Dishonored Payments

  • You are responsible for any charges authorized by you, including network or issuer fees.

  • You agree to pay a service charge and reimburse us for collection costs if your card issuer declines a transaction.

  • We may suspend delivery or require a different payment method if your card is declined.

  • You are responsible for chargebacks and any fees associated with them.

6. Payment Confirmation

  • Clicking "Schedule" or "Next" confirms your consent to receive a one-time payment confirmation email.

  • Setting up automatic payments confirms your consent to recurring charges for your orders. You will receive invoices detailing each order.

7. Credit Card Security

  • We use secure servers (SSL) and strong encryption (tokenization) to protect your credit card information.

  • Data transmission is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

8. Refund Policy

All transactions are final. Refunds are provided as in-store credit to your account. Claims must be made within five business days of receiving services.

9. Massachusetts Taxes

Enjoy tax free cleaning services in Massachusetts as cleaning and laundry services are not subject to tax.

  • Stain removal is not guaranteed. You are responsible for payment regardless of stain removal success.

  • We are not responsible for inherent weaknesses, color loss, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics.

  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within five business days.

11. Item Processing Consent

By using our services, you acknowledge the possibility of unforeseen reactions that may damage your garments. You give us permission to clean your items using methods we deem necessary and release us from liability for such damage.

12. Wash & Fold Services

  • There is a 15-pound minimum for wash and fold orders. Orders exceeding 15 pounds are charged by the pound.

  • Wet or damp items are weighed upon arrival and charged accordingly.

  • We are not responsible for damage to items processed in wash and fold service.

  • Wash and fold does not include finishing (ironing) or stain removal.

13. Leather Processing Consent

You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cleaning leather garments and release us from liability for any resulting damage.

14. Alteration & Tailoring Consent

By providing pre-marked garments for alterations, you take full responsibility for the requested alterations and any additional costs that may arise.

15. Unclaimed Items

We have the right to dispose of unclaimed garments left with us for 6 months after the delivery date.

16. Technical Requirements for Electronic Communications

To receive electronic communications, you need a computer with internet access, a valid email address, and a browser that supports JavaScript. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address.

17. “Electronic Only” Communications

If you consent to "Electronic Only" communications, you agree to receive all communications electronically. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via email.

18. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
